Jacob Shipping is delighted to announce that the four Dalian LR1 tanker have successfully completed class renewal dry docking in 2021 and 2022.
All vessels are now coated with innovative Hempel Anti-Fouling Silicon paint, equipped with a ballast water treatment system and new SFK Airseals have been installed.

Jacob Shipping is delighted to announce that our two locations have merged and the team is now united under one roof in a new office in Hamburg. The address of the new location is Katharinenstrasse 5, 20457 Hamburg.
The new office will bundle our comprehensive service portfolio and allows us to better serve the needs of our vessels and our business partners.

We are proud to announce that we have been found to conform to the Quality Management System Standard ISO 9001:2015 and to the Environmental Management System Standard ISO 14001:2015. The Certification is accredited by DNVGL.

„Global treaty to halt invasive aquatic species to enter into force in 2017”
After many years of delay the International Convention for the Control and Management of Ships' Ballast Water and Sediments (BWM Convention) has now been ratified and will enter into force on 8 September 2017. Pro-actively we, JACOB decided already in 2015 to step ahead and installed the first two Ballast Water Treatment Systems on our vessels KONSTANTIN JACOB and GEORG JACOB in 2016.
The Installation of the same system will follow on our vessels TILL JACOB and CORDULA JACOB in early 2017.
